Bir Zikir ("Uygulama"), ClearByte Dev ("biz", "bize", "bizim") tarafindan gelistirilen, iOS ve Android platformlarinda kullanilabilen bir Islami zikir sayaci uygulamasidir. Uygulama, kullaniclara gunluk zikirlerini takip etme, dua okuma, hadis ogrenme ve manevi ibadetlerini duzenleme imkani sunar.
Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, Uygulamayi kullanirken hangi verilerin toplandigini, bu verilerin nasil kullanildigini, saklandigini ve korundugunun aciklamaktadir. Gizliliginize son derece onem veriyoruz ve Avrupa Birligi Genel Veri Koruma Tuzugu (GDPR) ile Turkiye Cumhuriyeti Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu (6698 sayili KVKK) kapsamindaki yukumluluklerimize uymaktayiz.
Uygulamayi kullanarak bu Gizlilik Politikasi'ni kabul etmis sayilirsiniz. Politikayi kabul etmiyorsaniz lutfen Uygulamayi kullanmayiniz.
2. Topladigimiz Veriler
2.1 Otomatik Olarak Toplanan Veriler
Uygulama, hizmet kalitesini artirmak amaciyla asagidaki anonim teknik verileri otomatik olarak toplar:
Cihaz Kimlik Numarasi: Anonim bir UUID (Evrensel Benzersiz Tanimlayici). Bu, kisisel kimliginizle iliskilendirilmez.
Cihaz Modeli: Kullandiginiz cihazin markasi ve modeli (ornegin: iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24).
Isletim Sistemi Surumu: Cihazinizda yuklu isletim sistemi ve surumu (ornegin: iOS 19.0, Android 15).
Uygulama Surumu: Yuklu olan Bir Zikir uygulama surumu.
Platform Bilgisi: iOS veya Android platform bilgisi.
2.2 Kullanim Verileri
Uygulamanin nasil kullanildigini anlamak ve gelistirmek icin anonim kullanim verileri toplanir:
Ekran goruntulenmeleri ve ozellik etkilesimleri
Zikir sayim istatistikleri (tamamen anonim)
Uygulama kullanim suresi ve sikligi
2.3 Cokme Raporlari
Uygulama hatalarini tespit etmek ve gidermek amaciyla anonim cokme raporlari toplanir:
Uygulamamiz Google AdMob reklam hizmetini kullanmaktadir. Google AdMob, kendi gizlilik politikasi dogrultusunda reklam gosterimi ve kisisellestirme amacli veri toplayabilir. Detayli bilgi icin Google Gizlilik Politikasi'ni inceleyiniz.
2.5 Konum Verileri
Uygulama, konum verilerini yalnizca kullanicinin acikca izin vermesi halinde toplar. Konum verileri; namaz vakitleri hesaplama veya kible yonu belirleme gibi ozellikler icin kullanilabilir. Konum verileri en az 15 dakikalik araliklerla sorgulanir ve uygulamanin temel islevleri konum izni olmadan da calisir.
3. Verileri Nasil Kullaniriz
Toplanan verileri asagidaki amaclarla kullaniriz:
Uygulama Deneyimini Iyilestirme: Kullanim kaliplarini analiz ederek uygulamayi daha kullanisli hale getirmek.
Reklam Gosterimi: Google AdMob araciligiyla ilgili reklamlarin sunulmasi.
Performans Izleme: Uygulama performansini izlemek, cokmeleri tespit etmek ve hatalari gidermek.
Onemli: Topladigimiz hicbir veri, sizi kisisel olarak tanimlayacak sekilde kullanilmaz. Isim, e-posta adresi, telefon numarasi gibi kisisel bilgiler kesinlikle toplanmamaktadir.
4. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetleri
4.1 Google AdMob
Uygulamada reklam gosterimi icin Google AdMob hizmeti kullanilmaktadir. Google AdMob, reklam kimligi (Advertising ID) ve cihaz bilgileri gibi verileri kendi gizlilik politikasi cercevesinde isleyebilir.
Anonim kullanim verileri ve cokme raporlari, ClearByte Dev'e ait ozel analitik sunucusuna (altug.cloud/stats/) guvenli bir sekilde iletilir. Bu sunucuya yalnizca anonimlestirilmis veriler gonderilir ve hicbir kisisel tanimlayici bilgi islenmez.
5. Veri Depolama ve Guvenlik
Yerel Depolama: Uygulama tercihleri ve yerel veriler, cihazinizda SharedPreferences mekanizmasi araciligiyla saklanir. Bu veriler yalnizca cihazinizda bulunur ve disari aktarilmaz.
Veri Iletimi: Analitik verileri, HTTPS protokolu uzerinden sifrelenerek guvenli bir sekilde sunucularimiza iletilir.
Kisisel Bilgi Toplanmamasi: Kisisel olarak tanimlanabilir hicbir bilgi (PII) toplanmamakta veya islenmemektedir.
Veri Saklama Suresi: Anonim analitik veriler, toplama tarihinden itibaren en fazla 24 ay sureyle saklanir ve ardından kalici olarak silinir.
6. Haklariniz (KVKK / GDPR)
6698 sayili Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birligi Genel Veri Koruma Tuzugu (GDPR) kapsaminda asagidaki haklara sahipsiniz:
Erisim Hakki: Hakkinizdaki islenen verilere erisim talep etme hakki.
Duzeltme Hakki: Yanlis veya eksik verilerin duzeltilmesini talep etme hakki.
Silme Hakki (Unutulma Hakki): Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme hakki.
Islemenin Kisitlanmasi Hakki: Belirli kosullarda veri islemenin kisitlanmasini talep etme hakki.
Veri Tasinabilirligi Hakki: Verilerinizin yapilandirilmis, yaygin olarak kullanilan ve makinece okunabilir bir formatta size teslim edilmesini talep etme hakki.
Itiraz Hakki: Veri islemeye itiraz etme hakki.
Onay Geri Cekme Hakki: Daha once verdiginiz onaylari istediginiz zaman geri cekme hakki.
Sikayet Hakki: Turkiye'de Kisisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (KVKK) veya AB'de ilgili denetim makamina sikayet basvurusunda bulunma hakki.

7. Cocuklarin Gizliligi
Uygulamamiz, 13 yasin altindaki cocuklardan bilerek kisisel veri toplamamaktadir. Uygulamayi kullanan cocuklarin ebeveynleri veya yasal velileri, cocuklarinin uygulama kullanimini denetlemelidir.
13 yasindan kucuk bir cocugun kisisel verilerini gonderdigini tespit edersek, bu verileri derhal sunucularimizdan sileriz. Bu konuda bir endisesiniz varsa lutfen dijitalartdesigner@gmail.com adresinden bizimle iletisime gecin.
Bu politika, Amerika Birlesik Devletleri Cocuklarin Cevrimici Gizliligini Koruma Kanunu (COPPA) hukumlerine uygundur.
8. Uygulama Izleme Seffafligi (iOS)
iOS platformunda, Apple'in Uygulama Izleme Seffafligi (App Tracking Transparency - ATT) cercevesine uymaktayiz. Reklam kimligi (IDFA) verilerine erismeden once sizden acik izin talep edilir.
Izleme iznini reddedebilirsiniz; bu durumda kisisellesitirilmis reklamlar yerine genel reklamlar gosterilir. Izni reddetmeniz uygulamanin temel islevlerini etkilemez.
Izin tercihinizi iOS Ayarlar > Gizlilik & Guvenlik > Izleme bolumund en istediginiz zaman degistirebilirsiniz.
9. Cerezler
Bir Zikir yerel bir mobil uygulamadir ve cerez (cookie) kullanmamaktadir. Ancak, ucuncu taraf reklam hizmetleri (Google AdMob) kendi web tabanli bilesenlerinde cerez veya benzer teknolojiler kullanabilir.
10. Bu Politikadaki Degisiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikasi'ni zaman zaman guncelleyebiliriz. Degisiklikler yapildiginda, guncellenmis politika bu sayfada yayinlanir ve "Yururluk Tarihi" guncellenir.
Onemli degisiklikler yapilmasi halinde, uygulama ici bildirim yoluyla sizi bilgilendirmeye gayret gosteririz. Guncellenmis politikadan sonra uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, degisiklikleri kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.

Bir Zikir ("App") is an Islamic dhikr (remembrance of God) counter application developed by ClearByte Dev ("we", "us", "our"), available on iOS and Android platforms. The App enables users to track their daily dhikr, read supplications (duas), learn hadiths, and organize their spiritual practices.
This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use the App, how that data is used, stored, and protected. We take your privacy very seriously and comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Automatically Collected Data
The App automatically collects the following anonymous technical data to improve service quality:
Device ID: An anonymous UUID (Universally Unique Identifier). This is not linked to your personal identity.
Device Model: The make and model of your device (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S24).
Operating System Version: The operating system and version installed on your device (e.g., iOS 19.0, Android 15).
App Version: The installed version of the Bir Zikir application.
Platform Information: iOS or Android platform identifier.
2.2 Usage Data
Anonymous usage data is collected to understand and improve how the App is used:
Screen views and feature interactions
Dhikr counting statistics (fully anonymized)
App usage duration and frequency
2.3 Crash Reports
Anonymous crash reports are collected to identify and resolve application errors:
Error type and error messages
Anonymized stack traces
Device state at the time of the crash
2.4 Advertising Data
Our App uses the Google AdMob advertising service. Google AdMob may collect data such as your Advertising ID and device information in accordance with its own privacy policy. For detailed information, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
2.5 Location Data
The App collects location data only if the user explicitly grants permission. Location data may be used for features such as prayer time calculation or qibla direction determination. Location data is queried at intervals of no less than 15 minutes, and the core functionality of the App works without location permission.
3. How We Use Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Improving App Experience: Analyzing usage patterns to make the App more user-friendly.
Advertisement Display: Serving relevant advertisements through Google AdMob.
Performance Monitoring: Monitoring app performance, detecting crashes, and resolving bugs.
Anonymous Statistics: Generating aggregate usage statistics for the App (which do not identify individual users in any way).
Important: None of the data we collect is used to personally identify you. Personal information such as name, email address, or phone number is never collected.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob for advertisement display. Google AdMob may process data such as advertising identifiers (Advertising ID) and device information within the framework of its own privacy policy.
Anonymous usage data and crash reports are securely transmitted to a private analytics server (altug.cloud/stats/) operated by ClearByte Dev. Only anonymized data is sent to this server, and no personally identifiable information is processed.
5. Data Storage & Security
Local Storage: App preferences and local data are stored on your device using the SharedPreferences mechanism. This data resides solely on your device and is not transmitted externally.
Data Transmission: Analytics data is encrypted and securely transmitted to our servers via the HTTPS protocol.
No Personal Information Collected: No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is collected or processed.
Data Retention Period: Anonymous analytics data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection and is then permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
Right of Access: The right to request access to the data processed about you.
Right to Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten): The right to request deletion of your data.
Right to Restriction of Processing: The right to request restriction of data processing under certain conditions.
Right to Data Portability: The right to request your data be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Right to Object: The right to object to data processing.
Right to Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw previously given consent at any time.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Turkey or the relevant supervisory authority in the EU.

7. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Parents or legal guardians of children using the App should supervise their children's use of the application.

This policy complies with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
8. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On the iOS platform, we comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked for explicit permission before your Advertising ID (IDFA) data is accessed.
You may decline tracking permission; in this case, general advertisements will be shown instead of personalized advertisements. Declining permission does not affect the core functionality of the App.
You can change your tracking preference at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
9. Cookies
Bir Zikir is a native mobile application and does not use cookies. However, third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) may use cookies or similar technologies within their own web-based components.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be published on this page and the "Effective Date" will be updated.
In the event of significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
